Stenhousemuir 1-3 Brechin- Match Report

Rory McAllister netted a hat-trick as Brechin ended a seven game winless streak with a comfortable 3-1 win over 10-man Stenhousemuir

The 23-year-old striker opened the scoring with a confidently taken penalty in the fifth minute following Stenny goalkeeper Chris McCluskey's foul on Craig Molloy - for which he received a yellow card.

The hosts were level in the 27th minute when Mike Devlin nodded Stephen Murray's corner past visiting goalkeeper David Scott from close range.

McAllister restored his side's advantage on the stroke of half-time with a composed finish following on-loan Aberdeen striker Mitchel Megginson's slide-rule pass.

McAllister completed his hat-trick in stoppage time. Malloy was once again fouled by McCluskey, who was dismissed for his second bookable offence, and McAllister calmly slotted the ball past substitute keeper Alistair Brown.
