Stenhousemuir V Forfar at Ochilview Park - Match Preview

Trio missing for Stenny

Stenhousemuir are again without the injured trio of Eric Paton, John Gemmell and Andy Rodgers as they host a Forfar side that have won on their last four visits to Ochilview.

On-loan Partick Thistle midfielder David Rowson will play the second game in his month-long loan spell and former Queen's Park winger Owen Ronald could feature as a trialist.

Manager Martyn Corrigan said: "We have been struggling with injuries but the players that have come in have done well in most aspects of the game apart from scoring goals.

"We are playing good football and creating chances but we need to get ahead in a game and see things out. Forfar have a good record here so you could say that we have something to prove against them."

Forfar have extended the loan signings of goalkeeper Jack Hamilton and midfielder Willie Robertson and they will feature.

However James Craigen has returned to Partick Thistle and Stephen Tulloch remains out with a ban.

Keith Gibson remains out long term, however, Odmar Faeroe is included after a knee problem.

The Loons have slipped to fourth and manager Dick Campbell is looking for his men to bounce back after their 4-1 defeat from Brechin.

He said: "The scoreline in that game was harsh but the lesson for us was that Brechin took their chances and we did not.

"We have a good record against Stenhousemuir and we want to keep that going with a win that would keep us in the play-offs."
